When tenants sign a lease with BRRRR Properties, they also have the opportunity to enter into a rent-to-own agreement. This agreement grants them the option to purchase the property at a predetermined price within a specified timeframe, typically ranging from one to five years. As part of the lease agreement, tenants commit to making a down payment towards the eventual purchase of the property. This down payment serves as an initial investment and demonstrates their commitment to homeownership.
